This policy covers the skills-only Chat Extensions packages published by ASHWIN K, including Ledger Chat Extensions and Vibe Engineering, and the public information pages at plugin.ash1794.me. It does not replace the privacy policies or account terms of ChatGPT, Codex, or another host where a package is used.
Information used
The workflows use task-specific information you choose to supply or make available through the host: sanitized transaction rows and participant aliases, plans, notes, specifications, source code, and synthetic test inputs. They use that information to complete the requested calculations, retrieval, planning, testing, or review.
Finance workflows request pre-redacted rows. Do not provide full card numbers, card security codes, government identifiers, passwords, authentication tokens, or other credentials. Uploading information to ChatGPT shares it with the host; these extensions cannot undo an upload or guarantee redaction before the host receives it.
Processing and recipients
The packages do not include a publisher-operated server, database, networking client, analytics, or telemetry. Their bundled calculation scripts do not send inputs to an external endpoint. They operate within the capabilities and execution environment the host provides. This does not imply offline or on-device processing.
OpenAI's processing, logging, retention, and enabled integrations are governed by the applicable OpenAI terms, privacy practices, and account or workspace settings. If you authorize an additional tool or destination, that service's practices also apply. The publisher does not receive task inputs through the packages.
Retention and controls
The packages do not retain a publisher-side copy of task inputs. Generated files and output artifacts can remain in the host's execution environment according to its retention rules. Use the host's controls to manage your chats, inputs, and files. The publisher cannot set or promise the host's retention period.
Provide only the information needed for your task. You can use synthetic inputs, omit unnecessary identifiers, decline requests for missing data, or stop a workflow. The extensions do not promise persistent memory between chats.
Support correspondence
If you email the publisher for support, the publisher receives your email address and the information you include. Use synthetic examples and do not send credentials, complete financial statements, government identifiers, or other sensitive records. Support correspondence is used to answer your request and is not sold or used for marketing. The publisher deletes support correspondence within 90 days after the issue is closed, except where legal obligations require retention. Email delivery, backups, and storage also depend on the email provider. Contact ash1794@gmail.com to request earlier deletion of support correspondence; applicable legal obligations may require limited retention.
Public website analytics
The website's hosting infrastructure processes your IP address, requested URL, browser headers, and connection information to deliver and protect these pages, whether or not you allow analytics. Routine Caddy HTTP access logging is not enabled. Operational logs for the website's server containers may contain connection or request metadata during certificate operations, errors, or diagnostics. These logs rotate at 10 MB per file, with up to three files per container; they remain until rotation or removal, rather than following a fixed number of days. Infrastructure providers also handle data under their own service rules.
The public privacy, support, and index pages offer optional Google Analytics 4 page analytics, using measurement ID G-8EC5F0CV7J. Google scripts and analytics requests are blocked until you select “Allow analytics” or return with that choice saved in this browser. Keeping analytics off does not limit access to the pages. The site stores only your analytics preference in browser local storage before consent.
If you allow analytics, Google processes page visits and interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and pseudonymous cookie identifiers to produce traffic reports the publisher can view. Analytics cookies on plugin.ash1794.me expire after up to 180 days and may be renewed during visits with analytics enabled. The site sends the page's path and title, excludes URL query strings, fragments, and referrer values from its configured page-view data, and does not set a user ID. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, and Google signals are disabled in the site's configuration.
This website analytics is separate from the plugin packages. It does not give the publisher or Google access to your chats, uploaded files, plugin task inputs, or support email contents through the packages. Do not put private information in page URLs or send it through support examples.
Select “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Turning analytics off stops collection on this site, removes its analytics cookies, and reloads the page without Google scripts. Clearing browser site data also clears the saved preference. Withdrawal does not delete data already processed by Google. As verified on 6 October 2026, this Google Analytics property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. Its user retention period resets with new user activity. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports, which may remain available for longer. Google's service rules also apply to its processing and deletion. Contact ash1794@gmail.com with privacy questions. Google's processing is described in its privacy policy.
Changes
The publisher will update this policy and applicable package disclosures before introducing additional publisher-hosted services, persistence, analytics, authentication, or data recipients. A changed policy will identify its effective date.
